Gwilym has been selling and valuing country property, farms, land, livestock and machinery throughout England and Wales for 30 years . Gwilym also has considerable knowledge of land development and planning matters, and is on the valuation panels of many financial institutions, DEFRA and the Welsh Assembly Government.  He is nationally recognised as one of the dairy farming industry's principal auctioneers and valuers.

Jason Brown - Dairy Cattle Consultant
Jason assists in arranging and conducting sales of dairy cattle and machinery on farms throughout England and Wales, and private treaty sales of dairy cattle direct from farm to farm.

Carol Herbert FRICS FAAV - Consultant Rural Surveyor
Carol has 20 years' experience of working in the private and public sectors on a wide range of matters including property valuations, planning, land management and finance sourcing.
